AWW transformed Thames Water’s Swindon office into a flexible, activity-based space featuring social hubs, focus pods, and adaptable meeting zones. The design replaces rigid desks to foster cross-team collaboration and task-based working.

Incorporating water-inspired motifs, biophilic elements, and recycled materials, the fitout embeds sustainability and well-being directly into the workspace. The result is a vibrant, eco-conscious head office tailored to employee needs and operational efficiency.
